RNGDLE is built with privacy in mind. We collect only what's necessary to make the game work, and we protect your data with modern security practices.
What We Collect
EmailUsed only for magic link sign-in. We store a cryptographic hash of your email, not the actual address. We cannot read your email or send you marketing messages.Display NameYour chosen username, visible to friends and on leaderboards. You pick this yourself.Roll HistoryYour daily rolls, badges earned, and scores. This is the core game data.Session DataHashed IP address and user agent for security purposes. We cannot see your actual IP or browser details.
What We Don't Collect

How We Protect Your Data
- Email Hashing: Your email is hashed using HMAC-SHA256 with a secret salt. Even if our database were compromised, your email address could not be recovered.
- Session Security: IP addresses and user agents are hashed before storage, protecting your network identity.
- Magic Links: No passwords to leak. Sign-in links expire after 5 minutes.
- HTTPS: All connections are encrypted in transit.
Your Rights
- Delete Your Account: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from your profile page. This is immediate and irreversible.
- Data Portability: Your roll history and badges are visible in your profile. Export features may be added in the future.
